Clear deliverables before payment

An enquiry does not create a contract, booking, promise of coverage or payment obligation. A commercial arrangement begins only after Nick Long trading as Born Global Marketing accepts the business and both sides accept a written scope and payment terms.

Seller and programme

The programme operator is Nick Long trading as Born Global Marketing, Ballinlammy, Mullinavat, County Kilkenny, Ireland, registered in Ireland's Register of Business Names under number 523899. Orca Group Series is the programme brand. Born Global Marketing is not currently registered for Irish VAT. Any fees, tax treatment, invoices and payment method are confirmed in the written order for the accepted arrangement.

Editorial independence

A sponsor cannot control guest selection, questions, answers, scientific conclusions, criticism, publication judgment or the final editorial cut. Guest participation does not imply sponsor endorsement.

Delivery, rights and disclosure

The accepted written order controls the exact episode, placement, dates, link, reporting, usage rights, disclosure and category-conflict rule. No licence to use the programme, host, guest, audience, logo or content is granted unless the written order expressly says so. If an agreed episode cannot proceed, the order will state the replacement, credit or refund option.

Claims and destinations

The sponsor must provide accurate, lawful claims, a safe destination page and material it has the right to use. Born Global Marketing may refuse or remove material that creates a legal, safety, conservation, platform or editorial problem.

No outcome guarantee

The fee buys the agreed production and placement work. It does not guarantee views, reach, clicks, sales, search ranking, backlink value or any other commercial result.

Payment and refunds

Payment is not requested through the partner enquiry page. If payment is later agreed, it may be requested by the documented method in the written order. Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in that order. Payment enters human fulfilment review and never grants automatic publication.

Version 2026-09-03-v1. The accepted written order takes priority if it expressly changes these working terms.
